Our organization
KUHN Group purchase organisation
The Kuhn Group has grown significantly in the last years. It is now composed of 6 production units in Europe (5 in France and 1 in the Netherlands), 2 in North America (USA) and 3 in South America (2 in Brazil and 1 in Argentina). Thanks to all those units we can propose to our customers an important range of agricultural machineries. The importance of the group's purchasing potential and its great diversity have led us to build an organization to develop synergies. This organization is based on a coordination unit and a transversal purchasing function in which we have defined 3 purchasing models for the European part of the group:
- Local purchase
- Purchase lead by a pilot buyer
